Our doggy daycare provides a safe, structured environment where dogs can play, socialize, and receive personalized attention from our experienced caregivers. While play takes place in our spacious yards, dogs enjoy breaks and downtime in climate-controlled indoor kennels throughout the day. With playgroups tailored by size, daily enrichment activities, and regular "Pupdates" sent straight to your phone, you can rest easy knowing your furry friend is having a fun, fulfilling day. Whether it's for a single visit or part of our 10-Day Package (where the 10th day is free!), we're here Monday through Friday to keep tails wagging.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DAYCARE
At Heart of Texas we pride ourselves on the quality of care given to each pup during their stay. With our special accommodations boarding we are able to tend to all dogs with all types of needs. Please keep in mind if your pup falls into one or more of the categories below the special accommodations rate will apply:
Intact (non-spayed/neutered) pups over 8 months of age
Pups who require special medical attention during their stay
Asocial/introverted pups
Aggressive dog breeds (if your fur baby is or is mixed with any of the following aggressive dog breeds: Akita, Belgian Malinois, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Fila Brasileiro, American Bully or Pitbull; No Wolves or Wolf Hybrids are permitted for any services).
*Please note: Special Accommodation pups will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis. At least one play day is required to evaluate your pup before confirming their boarding reservation. Depending upon your pup’s demeanor, Pampering Services may not be available.
Vaccination Requirements
At Heart of Texas Dog Ranch, the health & safety of all pups is top priority. All dogs coming to our facility must be up to date on all vaccinations including Rabies (1-3yr), Distemper/Parvo (1-3yr), Bordetella EVERY 6 MONTHS. If your dog has received the yearly Bordetella and needs a booster there will be NO waiting period. If your dog has never received or lapsed on any of the above vaccinations, they will be required to go through a 7-day waiting period.
HEART OF TEXAS DOG RANCH does not accept home administered vaccines, hand written vaccines, sticker/checkmark booklets and require all vaccinations to be administered by a licensed veterinarian listed on a printed invoice.

NEW CLIENT AGREEMENT
For first-time visitors, the completed form and vaccination records must be submitted via email or uploaded through the Contact Us page prior to your first scheduled appointment.
To book your dog’s stay, please email us at HeartofTexasDR@gmail.com with your requested dates and your pup’s most recent vaccination records attached. Please note: Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
How do I pay, and what forms of payment are accepted?
Payment is due at the time of pick-up. We accept cash and card only. Charges will include your dog’s stay and any additional services provided.
What does a typical day at the Ranch look like?
Dogs who can socialize will be placed in playgroups with others of similar size, energy level, and temperament. Pups that aren’t socialized still enjoy personal one-on-one playtime with a caregiver.
Please stay in your vehicle and follow the posted signage. Send us a text message to let us know you’ve arrived, and one of our Kennel Techs will come out to greet you and your pup.
How does group play work?
Dogs are grouped based on size and personality to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We keep our playgroups small so that every pup feels included and comfortable. All dogs are first introduced on leash, and once a group is formed, they'll be rotated out together for supervised play sessions.
What time should I drop off and pick up my pup for daycare?
For first-time or getting-acquainted visits, we recommend dropping off between 7:00-9:00 AM and picking up between 4:00-6:00 PM. Regular daycare dogs may be dropped off and picked up anytime during our normal business hours.
Do you offer daycare on the weekends?
We do not offer daycare on weekends-daycare is available Monday through Friday only, with limited availability during holiday weeks and summer months. If you need care over the weekend, you're more than welcome to book an overnight stay for your pup instead.
How does my dog have fun?
We keep things exciting with daily activities like pool days, paint days, bubble parties, and treat days-there's always something fun going on! Dogs who are eligible for group play will enjoy time with their furry friends, and everyone gets plenty of snuggles and one-on-one attention throughout the day.
