SOME HAPPY CLIENTS

How do I make a reservation?

How do I pay and what form of payment do you accept?

To make a reservation with us, please send an email to HeartofTexasDR@gmail.com with your requested dates and an attached copy of your pup(s) most up to date vaccination records.

Please keep in mind that your booking is not final until confirmation is received.

Once you arrive at the Ranch to pick up your pup(s) is when you will pay for their stay and any services provided. We accept cash and card only.

How can I get my dog(s) acclimated to your facility before their stay?

What should I bring for my dog(s) during their stay?

Our goal is to have the pups feel as much at home as possible. We allow dog beds, blankets (or towels), any food, supplements, & medications, and two toys per dog. We have a fridge provided if your pup eats wet food, cheese, chicken etc. We provide all food and water bowls but feel free to bring a slow feeder if that's what your pup uses!

What will a typical day entail for my pup(s)?

Here at the Ranch, if your dog is able to be socialized, they will be grouped in a playgroup with dogs of their same energy/ size/ personality. If your pup is unable to be socialized, they will still enjoy plenty of one-on-one playtime with a care giver. During our 7-11am as well as our 2-6:30pm window, your pups will be out in the play yards socializing with their assigned friends. Between the hours of 11-2pm there is a designated nap time, lunch is fed at this time if provided. At 8:45pm, the pups will be let out one final time before bedtime. Feeding hours are between 7:30-8:30am for breakfast and 4-5pm for dinner.

We highly suggest you schedule at least one day of doggy daycare prior to their stay in order for your pup to feel most comfortable and properly acquainted with our staff and facility.

What do I do when I arrive at the Ranch to drop my pup(s) off?

When you arrive at the Ranch, please follow all directions of the signs that we have posted. Stay in your vehicle and send us a text message stating you've arrived with your pup(s); one of our Kennel Techs will come out to your vehicle to greet you.

Does the facility have a fire suppression system for when my pup happens to be alone?

Heart of Texas Dog Ranch is equipped with 24 hour monitored smoke and carbon monoxide detection however does not have a fire suppression system. There are also security cameras that management has access to 24/7/365. Although our location is staffed most "non-business hours" there are instances where the facility may not have staff inside the kennel but an employee is on the premises, including "nap" times from 11am-2pm and 6:30pm-8:30pm. As well as overnight from roughly 9:45pm-6:45am. There may be rare circumstances that your pup is left without an associate on site for a given period during the "non- business hours" or posted closed specialty hours.
