If you cancel via email and by 7 AM at least 7 days in advance for holiday or peak-period reservations.
If you do not contact us via email by 7 am 48 hours in advance to make changes to your reservation you will be responsible for your original reservation meaning you will be charged the full stay even if you decide to drop off a day late or pick up a day early.
If you are a no-show or cancel after 7am less than 48 hours prior to your reservation, you will receive an invoice with a cancellation fee of $50 per dog. You will not be eligible to book your next stay until the cancellation fee is paid.
Holiday
A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
You must contact us via email by 7am at least Seven (7) days before your holiday reservation to avoid a cancellation fee.

A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday reservation and no-shows will receive an invoice with a cancellation fee of $125 per dog. You will not be eligible to book your next stay until the cancellation fee is paid.
Holidays include MLK Day, Presidents Day, Spring Break, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas & New Years.
