Cancellation Policy
Non- Holiday
- To cancel without penalty, you must email us by 7:00 AM at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation.
- If you plan to pick up earlier than your scheduled departure date, please email us by 7:00 AM at least 48 hours in advance. Without that notice, you’ll be responsible for the full original stay.
- Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before your reservation will incur a $50 cancellation fee per dog, and future bookings will not be accepted until that fee is paid.
Note: All reservation changes, early pickups, and cancellations must be submitted by email. Text messages cannot be accepted for scheduling changes.
Holiday
- To cancel without penalty, you must email us by 7:00 AM at least 7 days before your scheduled holiday reservation.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required during holidays to help us accommodate all guests.
- If you plan to arrive later or pick up earlier than your original reservation, you’ll still be responsible for the full stay.
- A holiday period includes the 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation or no-shows will incur a $125 cancellation fee per dog, and future bookings will not be accepted until that fee is paid.
- Holidays include MLK Day, Presidents Day, Spring Break, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas & New Years.
