Cancellation Policy

Non- Holiday

  • To cancel without penalty, you must email us by 7:00 AM at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation.
  • If you plan to pick up earlier than your scheduled departure date, please email us by 7:00 AM at least 48 hours in advance. Without that notice, you’ll be responsible for the full original stay.
  • Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before your reservation will incur a $50 cancellation fee per dog, and future bookings will not be accepted until that fee is paid.

​Note: All reservation changes, early pickups, and cancellations must be submitted by email. Text messages cannot be accepted for scheduling changes.

Holiday

  • To cancel without penalty, you must email us by 7:00 AM at least 7 days before your scheduled holiday reservation.
  • A 2-night minimum stay is required during holidays to help us accommodate all guests.
  • If you plan to arrive later, depart earlier, or otherwise shorten your stay after booking, you will still be responsible for the original reservation dates and charges.
  • Reservations departing before the actual holiday may be limited due to holiday demand and are not guaranteed. Please see our Holiday Boarding Policy for a full explanation of holiday reservation requirements and limitations.
  • Holiday reservations are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been paid.
  • A holiday period includes the 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation or no-shows will incur a $125 cancellation fee per dog. ,Holiday deposits will be applied toward this cancellation fee, and any remaining balance must be paid before future reservations will be accepted.
  • Holidays include MLK Day, Presidents Day, Spring Break, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas & New Years.
